           Chef Eric Freidline is a seasoned culinary expert and the founder of Culinary-Edge Consulting Firm, based in Dallas, Texas. With a deep-rooted passion for fine dining, bar food, casual dining & everything hospitality.  Utilizing his wealth of experience, Eric has built a reputation for optimizing restaurant operations and driving long-term success for hospitality establishments.

            Eric’s culinary journey began at The Art Institutes of Dallas, where he graduated in 2006. His career in the kitchen flourished at some of Dallas' most renowned restaurants, including Chamberlain's Steak & Fish, Sevy's Grill, Petra & the Beast, and Monarch. This extensive experience in profitable kitchens and diverse culinary settings has equipped Eric with a unique and practical approach to consulting.

            As the founder of Culinary-Edge Consulting, Eric is committed to helping restaurants thrive in today’s competitive market. His firm specializes in strategic planning, operational improvements, and tailored solutions designed to enhance efficiency, increase profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability for every client.

            Eric’s contributions to the culinary community have earned recognition, including being named Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2019 by CultureMap Dallas as well as numerous publications in the Dallas Morning News, The Observer & Eater Dallas.
